How does the Refer-a-Friend program work?
Current Suryaimport MoneyCard primary account holders can access the Refer-a-Friend program by logging into their account. From there, select “Refer a friend” from your account dashboard. You can then copy and share your unique link, send a referral email, or share your link through a variety of social channels. When your referred friend clicks through the referral link and completes all the qualifying actions, both you and the referred friends are rewarded.
Who can participate in the Refer-a-Friend program?
All Suryaimport MoneyCard primary accountholders with accounts in good standing are eligible to send referrals to their friends and family. Only referrals to individuals that do not have a current Suryaimport MoneyCard account or a previously opened Suryaimport MoneyCard account regardless of account status are eligible for the rewards.
How many people can I refer?
Suryaimport MoneyCard account holders can refer as many friends as they like; however, individual rewards are limited to 2,754.75 United Arab Emirates Dirham per calendar year (January 1 – December 31).
Are there any special restrictions or rules for the Refer-a-Friend program?
This program has a simple set of rules to ensure that users are referring their friends and are not spamming large lists or referring themselves. The rules are:
- Users may earn one (1) reward for each valid referral that completes the terms and conditions of the program.
- Users may not register with multiple email addresses to earn a reward or an additional reward.
- Users may not use spam to obtain referrals.
- Users may not acquire referrals through unsolicited email to persons unknown to them, or through message board postings where the postings are unrelated to the topic of discussion or otherwise violate the terms of the site.

Refer A Friend Terms of Use
Suryaimport Refer a Friend Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”)
Suryaimport Corp. (“Suryaimport”) may, from time to time, offer Suryaimport.com account holders the opportunity to refer friends to sign up for their own Suryaimport.com account via mobile app or website(the “Suryaimport Referral Program”). We reserve the right to terminate the Suryaimport Referral Program at any time for any reason and without notice to you. The Suryaimport Referral Program is administered on our behalf by Friendbuy, Inc. (“Service Provider”). Participation in the Suryaimport Referral Program is at all times subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and , (collectively, the “Terms”).
Suryaimport Referral Program Participation, Generally
To participate, Suryaimport account holders must visit the ”Refer a Friend” page on the website or app to refer friends, family members or colleagues to the Suryaimport Referral Program. Eligible account holders who make referrals are called “Referrers.” Individuals who receive a referral are called “Referred Customers.” Referrers and Referred Customers who are compliant with the Terms will each earn Suryaimport Referral Program promo codes (“Promo Codes”) for every “Qualified Referral” as set forth further below.
Eligible Referrer
To be a Referrer you must:
- be a UAE resident of the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside;
- have a valid Suryaimport.ae account;
- have access to the “Refer-a-Friend” feature on Suryaimport.ae or the Suryaimport app; and
- be in compliance with the Terms of Use.
Making and Receiving a Referral
To make referrals, you must access the Refer a Friend page within your Suryaimport.ae account where you will be provided with a unique referral link (“Personal Link”) that you can copy and then send to friends, family members, or colleagues. Personal Links must be issued only to individuals who are United Arab Emirates residents and can become a Suryaimport.com account holder per our Suryaimport.ae Terms of Use.
You cannot refer yourself. For example, you may not create multiple or fake Suryaimport.ae accounts with or participate in the Suryaimport Referral Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities. Any accounts suspected of self-referral may be subject to termination and promo codes received from the Referral program shall be voided.
Referred Customers that receive a Personal Link from a Referrer will be directed to the Suryaimport.ae account Sign Up page. Promo Codes will be issued to the Referrer and Referred Customer after the Referred Customer creates a valid Suryaimport.ae account via the Personal Link provided.
Once the Referred Customer’s first order is successfully placed, we’ll send the Referrer a promo code.
Qualified Referrals
An initial Referral becomes a Qualified Referral when all of the following conditions are met:
1) The Referred Customer has signed up for a Suryaimport.ae account using the “Personal Link” provided as set forth above. If a Referred Customer registers for a Suryaimport.ae account using any other link or method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral, and neither party will earn a Promo Code;
2) The Referred Customer has not previously registered for a Suryaimport.ae account under any email address or alias;
3) The Referred Customer is a United Arab Emirates resident and of age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside; and
4) Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referred Customer.
Earning Promo Codes
Referrers, will receive one (1) Promo Code for each verified Qualified Referral generated.
Referred Customers will receive one (1) Promo Code once the initial Referral becomes a Qualified Referral according to the terms set forth herein.
All earned Promo Codes are subject to verification. Suryaimport may delay issuing a Promo Code for the purposes of investigation. Suryaimport may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Suryaimport deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms of Use, or believes will impose potential liability on Suryaimport, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents.
Redeeming Promo Codes
Promo Codes may be redeemed by Referrers or Referred Customers by making a purchase through Suryaimport.ae or the Suryaimport App, and entering a single Promo Code in the “Promo Code” section of the checkout process. Promo Codes may not be redeemed in Suryaimport stores. Only one Promo Code may be used per transaction, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or other promo codes. Promo Codes may not be redeemed for cash. Some products may not be eligible for purchase through the use of a Promo Code.
Bulk Distribution (“Spam”)
Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a Personal Link in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in Suryaimport’s sole discretion is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of your account and deactivation of the Personal Link.
Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions
Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to your use of Promo Codes; Promo Codes may expire if not used by the date specified in the delivery email or the Promo Code terms (if any). Promo Codes accumulated under the Suryaimport Referral Program have no monetary or cash value and are for individual use only and may not be transferred to any individual, group, company, or other entity. Any Promo Codes you have earned, as well as your account under the Suryaimport Referral Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to deduct Promo Codes that were issued in error or that were not earned legitimately. Once a Promo Code has been redeemed, redemption is considered final, and no changes may be made by you. Partial redemption of Promo Codes is not allowed. Promo Codes may not be reused. Any tax, liability, or expense arising from participation in the Suryaimport Referral Program, and accumulation or redemption of Promo Codes by you or in connection with your account is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Suryaimport Referral Program, its benefits, and these terms at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you. At any time, we may change the monetary value of unissued Promo Codes, or cap the number of Promo Codes you may earn in any time period. The accumulation of Promo Codes does not entitle Suryaimport Referral Program participants to any vested right with respect to the Promo Codes or the Suryaimport Referral Program. You agree Suryaimport will not have any liability for any modification or termination of the Suryaimport Referral Program, even if any modification or termination affects your ability to use any Promo Codes already accumulated. Upon termination of the Suryaimport Referral Program, your Promo Codes may automatically be cancelled, and you will not be permitted to redeem those Promo Codes. Promo Codes are void where prohibited by applicable law. We are not responsible for Promo Codes lost through your own negligence, or due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to engage in fraud or abuse in the accumulation of Promo Codes or use of any Personal Links provided to you. Any fraud or abuse relating to your accumulation of Promo Codes or submission of Referred Customers may result in the annulment of all Promo Codes earned under the Suryaimport Referral Program as well as cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to monitor all Suryaimport Referral Program account activity and terminate your account and/or your participation in the Suryaimport Referral Program if Suryaimport believes (in its sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms of Use, or the Suryaimport.com Terms of Use (including the Suryaimport Referral Program Terms of Use) or any other terms applicable to the Suryaimport Referral Program, provided false or inaccurate information, abused the Suryaimport Referral Program, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these terms. Suryaimporta will have final decision in any disputes over Promo Codes, Qualified Referrals, or your participation in the Suryaimport Referral Program.

How will I receive the referral benefit?
Both friend & the referrer will receive a promo code over the email if you qualify the eligibility criteria. The conditions around redeeming the promo code will be listed in the email.
How can I redeem the promo code?
You can copy paste the promo code under “Have a Promo Code” section either on the web or the app.
What is the eligibility criteria to refer a friend and get a promo code in return?
Suryaimport verifies your and your friend’s account who signs up using a referral link to prevent abuse. If found eligible, you and your friend will receive a promo code.
Can I sign up using the same email address again?
No, only sign up will be eligible for the referral benefit.
Can my friend use referral link to sign up on web or APP?
The referral link will work on web and app.
How many referrals can I do at maximum?
5 referrals is the maximum.
